Luminis Health, formed by the 2019 merger of Anne Arundel Medical Center and Doctors Community Medical Center, faced a major rebrand and the challenge of delivering consistent, compliant content across three hospitals and about 9,000 staff. To centralize brand education, asset access and campaign collaboration, Luminis Health engaged IntelligenceBank to implement a turn‑key Digital Asset Management and BrandHub solution.
IntelligenceBank deployed its BrandHub and DAM to create a single source of truth with dynamic creative templates, a custom welcome page, AI metadata tagging, approval workflows and online brand guidelines, reducing VPN reliance and enabling self‑service across the network. The solution delivered measurable impact: 44 automated templates, 9,000 quarterly visitors to the guidelines, 600 managed assets and a 23% reduction in brand admin time (saving the brand team thousands of hours).
