Baptist Health, a Louisville-based health system with nine hospitals and thousands of staff and physicians, needed to centralize and control its brand and creative production across multiple locations. To address challenges—sharing brand guidelines, managing creative briefs and approvals, controlling image quality, and centralizing assets—Baptist Health turned to IntelligenceBank and its DAM/BrandHub solution.

IntelligenceBank migrated and tagged Baptist Health’s assets, built dynamic brand-guideline pages, implemented custom forms and workflows for project requests and approvals, and integrated the DAM via API with the Influence Health Convert CMS to enable permissioned access, version control, usage-rights enforcement and on‑the‑fly image optimization. The IntelligenceBank implementation centralized workflows and assets, supported 1,000+ projects, generated 183,232 page views and saved about 20 hours per week, reducing low-quality or unlicensed images and streamlining creative production.
