How Community Transit transformed the way they host and distribute assets

Community Transit, the public transit authority for Snohomish County, Washington, faced fragmented file storage, outdated and duplicate assets, and heavy demand on its Creative Services team for simple updates. In 2020 they chose IntelligenceBank for Digital Asset Management (DAM), BrandHub and Creative Templates to provide a single, controlled library and self-service access across the organization.

IntelligenceBank consolidated all assets into one platform, enforced version control and permissions, and enabled self-serve templates and logo automation, reducing routine requests to Creative Services. The deployment onboarded the majority of staff, now supports 105 users, houses 4,727 assets (including 1,508 photos) and 1,615 print/digital collateral pieces, and has seen 117 template downloads and 12 templates created — streamlining workflows and improving brand consistency.
