How ANZ Brings Brand Compliance to Life

ANZ, one of the top four banks in Australia and the largest banking group in New Zealand and the Pacific, needed a way to enforce brand compliance across 33 markets, roughly 8 million customers and 90+ agencies/vendors. Facing a highly regulated environment and the challenge of distributing up-to-date assets to 50,000 internal and external users without risking incorrect versions or duplicated work, ANZ turned to IntelligenceBank in 2018 to launch an online brand portal as part of its MarKit marketing operations platform.

IntelligenceBank implemented its BrandHub digital asset and online brand portal, centralising brand guidelines, workflows, access controls and approvals so teams and partners could quickly find approved materials. The solution now hosts about 130,000 assets, supports 50,000 users and 90+ agencies across ANZ’s markets, improving efficiencies, remote brand control and collaboration, reducing versioning risk and freeing the brand team to focus on higher‑value work.
