Teledyne Technologies, a diversified industrial technology company serving aerospace, defense, environmental monitoring and other markets, faced costly, paper‑based back‑office processes—most notably a complex 4‑way AP matching requirement (Invoice → PO → Receiver → Quality Inspection Sheet). After evaluating ECM vendors, Teledyne selected IntelliChief for its IntelliChief ECM solution because of enterprise expansion capability and native Infor XA integration.

IntelliChief implemented a rules‑based AP automation solution that delivered native Infor XA integration and the flexible 4‑way matching Teledyne required. The result was a high straight‑through processing rate and a largely touchless workflow: AP staffing fell from three full‑time plus one contract employee to about half that level, outsourced imaging and physical storage were eliminated, and auditors can now access documentation remotely—producing clear time and cost savings. IntelliChief’s platform is now being expanded into Order Processing and a Purchasing vendor portal to drive further efficiencies.
