Landoll, a 550+ employee manufacturer serving agriculture, transportation, OEM and government markets, faced rapidly growing paper-based Purchase-to-Pay processes that were hindering productivity. To move to a paperless model integrated with its Infor ERP, Landoll selected IntelliChief’s Paperless Process Management solution to digitize and streamline purchasing, receiving and payables workflows.

IntelliChief implemented electronic PO merging and archiving, a Print Capture Driver, barcode-assisted receiving scans, automated indexing and workflow-driven routing for invoices and discrepancy resolution. The deployment eliminated 15 filing cabinets and off-site storage, freed two full-time employees for other work, sped handling of roughly 100 invoices/day, enabled single laser-check printing (replacing duplicate prints), improved early-pay discount capture and materially reduced processing time and costs.
