A.T. IntelliChief automated capture of ERP documents and inbound emails, added Email Monitoring to split and route distributor orders, and linked export paperwork to the correct invoices so users can see thumbnail images of every related document. The implementation all but eliminated physical scanning, removed days-long delays, streamlined proof/order associations, and provided full audit trails and granular security for fast audit responses—delivering noticeable time and cost savings in scanning and order processing. IntelliChief’s system also paved the way for expanding automation into Accounts Payable and purchase-to-pay processes.
