High Point Furniture Industries faced a severe paper-overload problem—misfiled documents, lost invoices and slow responses that hurt customer service and profitability. Seeking a tightly integrated imaging solution for their Infor XA ERP, they selected IntelliChief’s document imaging and workflow system (including FastFax and Print Capture) to eliminate manual paper handling and improve purchase-to-pay and order-processing workflows.
