Wannon Water, Australia’s second largest regional urban water corporation serving 42,000 customers, faced operational and safety risks from a heavily paper-based process for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other internal forms. Mandatory JSAs (~300 submissions per month) could require up to eleven different paper forms, causing abandoned or incomplete forms, lost paperwork, version-control issues, re-entry errors and limited access to live data. To modernize this process they engaged Intelledox and its Intelledox Infiniti next‑generation forms platform.

Intelledox digitised and automated end-to-end forms and workflows, replacing paper with a single adaptive JSA form that prompts only the relevant sections and reduced the eleven possible forms to one. The solution eliminated scanning and manual collection, enabled live data access, standardised entries with pick‑lists for better analytics, and freed staff for other tasks — improving safety, compliance, data quality and cost structure. As a result, Wannon Water can now analyse common hazards to target training, identify high-quality form completers as benchmarks, and handle ~300 JSAs per month more efficiently thanks to Intelledox.
