Travel Doctor Implemented Infiniti’s ‘Adaptive Interview’ next-generation forms to cut down on waiting times in their clinic

Travel Doctor, one of the largest individual suppliers of travel medicine services worldwide, needed an electronic medical form solution to support a new telephone consulting service for corporate clients and to replace its paper-based face-to-face intake. Intelledox provided its Infiniti Next‑Generation Forms & Adaptive Interview platform to capture patient, health and trip details online and serve as a traveler relationship management system.

Intelledox built three Infiniti Next‑Generation forms accessible via a self‑service portal so doctors can run telephone consultations from prefilled records and nurses receive dynamically generated forms to administer vaccinations and medications; all data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server for reporting. The Intelledox solution enabled a virtual clinic model that reduces in‑clinic consultation time, increases business efficiency through automated correspondence and template management, improves data accuracy and reuse, and makes template updates possible without programming.
