Tradelink, a publicly listed e‑commerce service provider in Hong Kong supporting over 54,000 companies via its Digital Trade and Transportation Network (DTTN), faced a major document challenge: more than 80 common document types and over 2 million documents per year were produced using slow, error‑prone Excel/macros templates that required programming skill and lacked centralized control. To modernize its document automation and improve the value of the DTTN, Tradelink engaged Intelledox and its Infiniti document automation platform.

Intelledox implemented a custom Infiniti portal with a wizard‑style interface, Inbox/Outbox messaging and integration with Tradelink’s line‑of‑business systems to auto‑populate fields and deliver documents as Word, PDF or CXML. The Intelledox solution centralized template management, put template creation in the hands of business users, cut document generation from minutes/hours to seconds, improved accuracy and security, and enabled Tradelink to more efficiently handle its >2 million annual documents and better serve its network.
