North Queensland Bulk Ports (NQBP), one of Australia’s largest port authorities responsible for licences, environmental management and safe ship passage, faced a slow, error-prone Passage Plan process that relied on MSQ lookups, paper forms and Excel spreadsheets. To replace this manual multi-step workflow and improve safety and efficiency, NQBP engaged Intelledox to digitise and automate the Passage Plan using the Intelledox Infiniti platform.
