North American Financial Institution sees large value gains from using Infiniti’s Adaptive Interviews

North American Financial Institution, a major multinational bank serving millions of customers across North America and internationally, faced slow, error-prone manual processes for producing client-facing documents—RFP responses, customized proposals, investor profile questionnaires, account-opening and loan collateral forms—leading to rekeying, inconsistent content and long turnaround times. To address this, the bank engaged Intelledox and its Infiniti platform (the Adaptive Engagement Platform) to automate document generation and standardize corporate and legal content.

Intelledox implemented a centralized, template-driven solution that prompts users to reuse approved content, automates investor scoring and account documentation, and eliminates manual cutting-and-pasting. The Intelledox solution is used by four full-time proposal writers and about 100 sales managers, and is deployed across all 19 Wealth Management centres in Canada, delivering reduced completion times, elimination of rekeying, improved accuracy, faster proposal turnaround and measurable time savings from automated risk scoring.
