AXA Australia, part of the global AXA Group with around 1,000 financial advisers and over 2,000 employees, faced a costly, hard-to-maintain document assembly process built from hundreds of Word and Excel files with complex macros. To meet strict regulatory requirements for Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Financial Services Guides (FSGs) and support licensee growth, AXA selected Intelledox and deployed the Intelledox Infiniti platform as their document-generation solution.

Intelledox implemented a centralized, web-based document and template management system allowing advisers to generate customized, compliant SOAs and FSGs by integrating corporate data and legal disclosures via an online portal. The Intelledox deployment enabled AXA to retire the legacy system within months, cut average document completion time from seven hours to 40 minutes, supported roughly 200 daily adviser users and ~250 SOAs per day, and delivered improved compliance, branding, scalability and reduced maintenance overhead.
