Dixon Advisory is a privately owned financial advice firm supporting over 8,000 Australian trustees with SMSF, investment, accounting and compliance services and employs around 350 people across multiple offices. Facing a highly regulated environment, advisers were forced to use a repetitive 10‑page paper/PDF “Fact Finder” each year, causing long completion times, poor data visibility and compliance risk — so Dixon Advisory engaged Intelledox and its Infiniti platform to modernize the process.

Intelledox built an Infiniti solution with an authenticated, SSO-enabled Fact Find form, a two‑stage adviser review workflow and integrations with Sage CRM and SQL (OLEDB) to prepopulate and store data. The system has processed more than 12,500 submissions, is used by 5,000 clients and 150 staff, reduced form completion time from about 60 minutes to 15 minutes, and supported large recruitment drives (2,500+ submissions), delivering improved security, data visibility, scalability and adviser productivity.
