The Australian Federal Government Agency needed to modernize a costly, hard-to-edit online application process that required manual handling and relied on outdated legacy systems. Intelledox was engaged to provide a dynamic smart web form and CRM solution that would automatically capture applicant data, scan attachments for viruses, and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics.

Intelledox implemented an end-user portal using Infiniti smart web forms (Infiniti Produce) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and virus scanning (Microsoft Forefront and SOPHOS). The complete solution was built in three weeks and went live in November 2013—receiving over 50 applications within the first hour—delivering faster data collection, streamlined applications, secure attachment handling, and seamless CRM integration.
