AMP, Australia’s largest retail and corporate superannuation provider, needed to replace a fragmented advice-documentation system made up of hundreds of Word and Excel files and complex macros. The customer, AMP, sought a single, easy-to-use tool that supported multiple CRM systems, consolidated numerous templates, improved compliance and reduced the effort required for ongoing updates. AMP chose to build on the existing Intelledox Infiniti solution to meet these needs.

Intelledox implemented the Infiniti platform as a centrally managed, web-based document solution with adaptive interviews, template version control, audit trails and automated population of corporate and legal content. The Intelledox solution made document creation faster and easier to maintain, improved readability and branding consistency, and strengthened compliance; adoption exceeded 20% of advisers within two months (with a target of 100% by end of 2016), while reducing time for content updates and increasing adviser productivity.
