SHELL's Robert Training Center (RTC) trains future Shell employees and contractors across a 20‑acre campus. RTC struggled with a heavy reliance on paperwork and printed materials spread around the grounds and needed a paperless, all‑in‑one way to communicate quickly with trainees and visitors and to ensure effortless navigation. Intellectsoft was engaged to design a mobile solution.

Intellectsoft delivered a native iOS and Android app that uses geolocation for precise campus navigation and centralizes course timetables, instructor bios, event schedules, emergency checkpoints and documentation. The app removed the need to distribute maps and printed schedules, cut routine admin inquiries, enabled timely push notifications for safety and schedule changes, and consolidated documentation—streamlining RTC operations and improving the trainee experience.
