Ford Motor Company needed a hands‑free social media experience to keep drivers connected without distracting them as vehicle connectivity scaled; the challenge was to let drivers use voice control via Ford SYNC AppLink to access social networks safely. Meople — an Intellectsoft company — was engaged to deliver a solution that integrated with Ford’s in‑car platform.

Meople developed Meople.Connector, an iOS and Android app that aggregates messages from Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Odnoklassniki and VK and uses Ford SYNC AppLink to display and read feeds in real time. Meople’s solution runs on all iOS and Android devices and in all Ford SYNC AppLink‑enabled vehicles, enabling hands‑free social access so drivers can stay connected while remaining focused on the road.
