Guinness, the world-famous stout brand with 250 years of customer loyalty, needed a way to collect marketing data more effectively while deepening engagement around Arthur Guinness Day. intellectsoft was engaged to build a marketing communications app—specifically a native iOS app—to deliver interactive, entertaining messages and gather consumer preferences.

intellectsoft implemented a SQLite‑based native iOS app centered on Arthur Guinness Day, featuring mini-games and quizzes about Guinness history and the holiday, and localized into six languages. The app encouraged users to share drinking preferences, generating valuable market insights and strengthening brand loyalty, and helped launch global Arthur Guinness Day celebrations featuring artists like Snow Patrol, Brandon Flowers, Paolo Nutini and Kelis.
