Silliker, a division of Merieux NutriSciences that provides global food safety, quality and nutrition services, faced an unmanageable paper‑based training system: employees accumulated 3–4 inch binders, some labs devoted whole walls to records, and manual updates made retrieval and auditing slow and error‑prone as training volumes grew.

Silliker deployed Intellect’s configurable BPM/LMS with drag‑and‑drop customization to centralize and automate training workflows. The platform was live within six months and after 12+ months in production about 900 regular users record over 3,000 training items per month, eliminating binders, improving visibility and auditability, and boosting training efficiency across HR, quality and operations.
