Klean Kanteen, a family- and employee-owned maker of stainless-steel bottles and sustainable food solutions, needed to modernize its quality processes across a globally distributed workforce and overseas contract manufacturers. Monthly quality data collection was manual and time-consuming, document control relied on complex Excel spreadsheets, and the company required a cloud-based, localizable mobile solution for finished goods inspections.

Klean Kanteen implemented Intellect QMS’s configurable, no-code cloud platform to centralize document control and build a localized Finished Goods Inspection App, rolling changes out incrementally to ease adoption. The initiative eliminated much manual effort and reduced human error, gave leaders immediate access to quality metrics from a single repository, and set the team up to link inspection data to NC and CAPA workflows for further automation and continuous improvement.
