Circle K Stores, a leading convenience-store operator with thousands of locations and over 25,000 employees, faced high turnover and outdated, rigid HR systems that hindered applicant tracking, onboarding and lifecycle management (nearly 200,000 applications annually). By deploying Intellect’s BPM platform integrated with Oracle HCM (PeopleSoft), Circle K automated workflows, enabled e-signatures and role-based access, and gained real-time tracking and alerts.
