BP Aero is a full-service provider of aircraft engine teardowns, repairs, parts overhauls and field service with multiple facilities in Irving, Texas and certifications including FAA, EASA, CAAC, AS9110C and ISO 9001:2015. Facing time-consuming, error-prone paper systems, spreadsheets, shared emails and phone‑tag, the company needed a configurable QMS to improve data visibility, automate processes, and meet the more rigorous AS9110 standard.
BP Aero implemented Intellect’s no-code QMS, working with an implementation specialist to rapidly configure the platform to their processes and ISO requirements. The solution replaced spreadsheets and email-based workflows, enabled closed-loop customer feedback and custom apps (e.g., engine movement tracking), and gave managers real-time visibility. Since rollout, BP Aero has achieved four external audits with zero findings, faster audit responses, and plans to expand mobile access and user engagement.
