To solve this, the hotel worked with INTELITY and its in-room tablets and mobile app to create a digital-first guest experience that replaced printed collateral and gave the marketing team a new way to reach guests at the right time.
Using the INTELITY platform, Dream Hollywood targeted promotions based on guest preferences and rate codes, promoted restaurant offers, and enabled digital menus, restaurant information, and reservations through both the mobile app and in-room tablets. The result was stronger guest engagement, with 80% of engagement in the last 30 days coming through food and beverage interactions, while also reducing call volume and saving more than $100,000 per year in printing costs.
