CoderZ brings robotics to Paraguay for over 1,000 students with Intelitek

SINAFOCAL, a Paraguayan national system for training and labor, faced a significant challenge in preparing graduates for the technological workforce. The country's educational system lacked accessible and affordable STEM education, with high costs and a complete absence of instructor experience in technology creating an impossible barrier to entry for students. To address this, they partnered with vendor Intelitek to implement the CoderZ program.

Intelitek's solution was to train a core team of 20 educators with no prior tech background in robotics, coding, and STEM education through a year-long, mentor-led program. Using Intelitek's cloud-based CoderZ platform, which requires no prior coding knowledge, the program trained over 1,000 students in its first year. The results created a self-sustaining educational model that made STEM affordable and accessible, successfully equipping graduates with career-ready skills and breaking down socio-economic and gender barriers to entry.
