GSI implemented Intelex’s web‑based Quality Management System, configuring modules for nonconformance reporting and document control and delivering tailored on‑site training. The QMS was rolled out in three months, enabling automated workflows, centralized document control, clearer ownership of issues, improved efficiency, and future plans to deploy three additional Intelex iForms.
