Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers needed a simpler, more transparent way to manage safety and compliance across its global auction sites. The company was struggling with scattered documentation, slow and error-prone reporting, inconsistent permit and license processing, and a reactive approach to regulatory issues that made it hard to maintain accountability and timely oversight.

To address this, Ritchie Bros. implemented Intelex’s web-based Safety Management System with support and training from Intelex’s Client Services team, using the Legal and Other Requirements module plus filters, scorecards and KPI reporting.
