Weir Group, a global engineering company with 12,000 employees across 189 sites, needed a better way to manage safety data after years of using fragmented local systems that made it hard to spot trends and support a zero-harm culture. The company turned to Intelex and its EHS Management software to centralize reporting, hazards, audits, and safety metrics across its worldwide operations.

Intelex implemented a single platform with Audit Management, a Hazard and Risks Register, Power BI dashboards, and Behavior-Based Safety tools to improve visibility and encourage proactive safety conversations. As a result, Weir Group strengthened its safety culture and improved risk management, while its Total Incident Rate fell from 0.40 in 2020 to 0.34 in 2023.
