How Thales Supports Security and Innovation with Intelex

Thales is a global French technology company with about 80,000 employees operating in 68 countries, delivering critical systems for defence, security, digital identity, transportation, space and aerospace. Serving large organisations such as governments and cities, Thales needed a dynamic, scalable HSE solution that could handle large‑scale data collection and analysis across hundreds of sites because its previous system could not keep pace with evolving business needs.

Thales selected Intelex after a global RFP for its flexible configurability and ability to support customized workflows, massive data imports and regional variations. Since 2016 Thales has rolled out Corporate Reporting for ESG and Incident Management (with additional modules added later), built external BI dashboards via REST API, and partnered with Intelex Customer Success and training programs to boost user adoption. The result: improved HSE maturity and KPI visibility, the ability to manage hundreds of indicators (155 quarterly, 510 yearly, ~215,000 annual data points) and a platform that supports continuous improvement and reduced manual processes.
