North American Company, a retail display and customer experience provider with about 200 employees at one location, was struggling with labor-intensive, paper-based quality processes and limited access to timely information. To support its digital transformation in EHSQ and quality management, it turned to Intelex and its digital QMS capabilities to help simplify, connect, and speed up reporting and improvement efforts.

Intelex implemented applications for Inspection Management, Audit Management, Corrective Actions, Customer Complaints, and Nonconformance Reporting, along with training and change management using the ADKAR model. As a result, North American Company replaced paper records with real-time data capture, automated many quality workflows, and created KPI dashboards that improved visibility and issue investigation, enabling staff to spend less time chasing information and more time on continuous improvement.
