A Intelex Case Study
Johnson Matthey, a chemicals company, needed to achieve TS 16949 certification quickly and modernize quality processes across three plant locations. Their challenges included replacing a redundant paper-based document system, implementing automated nonconformance reporting, and partnering with a solutions-focused vendor to synchronize interrelated activities.
Intelex supplied a modular, web-based system (Document Control, Nonconformance, CAPA, Training and Audits) with strong client services and rapid deployment. As a result, Johnson Matthey achieved TS 16949 certification in a short timeframe, eliminated about 98% of paperwork, streamlined approval and nonconformance workflows, and rolled the system out across sites to integrate management systems and provide real-time reporting.
