Ampcontrol’s 14X Growth in HSEQ Management System Adoption

Ampcontrol, an Australian-based global leader in energy transition with more than 1,200 employees across 25 sites, needed to modernize its HSEQ processes as its Live Work Better program grew. Its existing systems lacked the mobility, flexibility, and real-time visibility needed to improve adoption, incident reporting, and frontline engagement across locations.

Ampcontrol implemented Intelex for risk, incident, audit, inspection, meetings, and observations management, with strong mobile capability and Power BI integration. As a result, HSEQ system users grew from 35 to 530, mobile access rose to 70%, TRIFR fell from 12.1 to 2.9, incidents reported increased from 150 to 380, and inspections completed jumped from 1,000 to 7,336, showing a safer workplace and much stronger engagement.
