Air Liquide needed to replace an internally developed quality management system with a flexible, customizable solution that could maintain ISO 9001 certification, support its Industrial Management System (IMS) initiatives, and let employees take ownership of processes like customer complaints and nonconformances.
Air Liquide implemented Intelex’s Quality Management System—with emphasis on nonconformance and audits—rolled out to about 1,500 users with strong training and support. The system lets employees enter, track and monitor complaints and nonconformances, enabled Air Liquide to replace its legacy software, maintain ISO 9001 certification, meet IMS requirements, and customize modules for future quality, safety and environmental needs.
