VXI Global Solutions, a leading business process and IT outsourcing provider with global operations and roughly 10,000 employees, needed a cost-effective way to expand into new facilities (Las Vegas, Texas, Ohio) and support seasonal spikes and new blended inbound/outbound campaigns. Legacy TDM options required expensive dedicated lines, over‑provisioning, unfavourable rates and multi-year contracts, and VXI also had to integrate an existing TDM Avaya predictive dialer.
