IntelAgree implemented customizable approval workflows, a searchable auto-archiving contract repository, smart contract creation forms, and standardized templates. The results included centralizing 10,203 contracts in IntelAgree, creating 36 full contract templates and 71 clauses, and onboarding 400+ users in six months, with Lennox managing 95% of its contracts in the platform.
