Australian Energy Utility, one of Australia’s largest electricity providers, needed an integrated Incident, Hazard, Health, Safety, Environment & Security management system for its 5,000 staff and contractors. Its legacy incident process and call centre were no longer sustainable, and the new solution had to connect tightly with HR, asset management, workers’ compensation, and outage management systems.
