A Integrum Management Systems Case Study

Preview of the Jetstar Airways Case Study

Asia Pacific’s largest low cost airline rolls out its new integrated safety management system using integrum

Jetstar Airways, the largest low-cost airline carrier in Asia Pacific, needed to replace paper-based incident reporting and restrictive legacy tools tied to QANTAS with a modern risk and safety management system that could support rapid growth across multiple countries. The airline was looking for a scalable, easy-to-use platform for occurrence reporting, investigations, audits, compliance, and board reporting, and selected Integrum Management Systems after a global review of more than 25 products.

Integrum Management Systems implemented its integrum QHSE Risk & Compliance Software as a web-based, highly configurable safety management system for Jetstar’s group-wide operations. The rollout delivered real-time dashboards, automated regulatory reporting, stronger confidentiality, and streamlined corrective actions, eliminating double entry and significantly reducing reporting overhead for more than 7,000 staff across 13 countries.
