HBK, a manufacturer of precision measurement technology, faced the challenge of gaining visibility into its complex global supply chain of approximately 5,000 tier-1 suppliers. Using the IntegrityNext platform, HBK automated its supplier due diligence process, distributing self-assessments and conducting automated risk analyses. This solution provided the company with deep, structured insights into its upstream supply chain for the first time. As a result, IntegrityNext has enabled HBK to assess and continuously monitor over 3,200 suppliers, covering 87% of its procurement spend, and significantly improved the efficiency of its risk management process.
