Southern Company - Customer Case Study

Southern Company, one of the largest electric utilities in the United States, wanted to strengthen its customer service culture across a large, distributed workforce. To support its Customer First Initiatives, it partnered with Integrity Solutions and used Integrity Service® training to help build stronger teamwork, improve communication, and create “customers for life.”

Integrity Solutions implemented an initial 3½-hour seminar followed by eight 1½-hour weekly follow-up sessions and ongoing manager coaching, with more than 4,500 employees graduating from the program. The results included Southern Company being ranked highest in customer satisfaction for electric service to large business customers for the third year in a row, along with top scores in major national surveys such as ACSI, demonstrating a measurable lift in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
