Mazuma, a member-owned not-for-profit credit union based in Overland Park, Kansas, wanted to move from a “buying” culture to a true sales culture while improving communications, relationships, and loan and application growth. Integrity Solutions partnered with Mazuma to help address these challenges through its Member Advantage™ (TMA) program.
Integrity Solutions implemented TMA with Mazuma’s leadership and front-line teams, then reinforced it through follow-up training and onboarding for new hires, eventually expanding it across the organization. The results included more than $100 million in loan growth, a 6X increase in applications from about 400 to 2,500 per month, stronger member trust, better teamwork, and a more accountable, high-performing culture.
