To address these issues, the company worked with Integrity Solutions and its Integrity Coaching® program.
Integrity Solutions implemented Integrity Coaching®, featuring a 1.5-day initial workshop followed by two months of real-world coaching and eight weekly group follow-up calls. The program helped managers improve coaching and communication, leading to stronger morale, more open dialogue, and better agent performance: one struggling 2nd-year agent increased from 4–5 life cases per month to 13 in the next month, another agent broke a long plateau with 15 sales in a month, and multiple newer agents began selling 10 life cases per month and moved toward MDRT-level results.
