First National Bank of Elk River, a family-owned community bank in Minnesota, wanted to build a common language across departments, improve how employees identify customer needs, strengthen cross-selling skills, and help decision makers better assess client risk. Integrity Solutions implemented Integrity Selling® in phases, starting with senior management and business/commercial bankers, then expanding to retail bank staff and other customer-facing employees, with a shorter version for non-customer-facing roles. The program helped create consistency across the bank, improve client communication and relationship management, and support growth with fewer surprises for customers.
