Delta Faucet Company, through its regional agency Barger & Associates, needed to rapidly build a new inside sales and field team, place people in the right roles, and prepare them to support expanded territories and upcoming initiatives. The challenge was to develop sales capability, confidence, and retention while shifting customer relationships from transactional supplier interactions to trusted advisor partnerships. Integrity Solutions provided the Integrity Selling® program and Integrity Coaching® to support this effort.

Integrity Solutions helped Barger & Associates establish a common sales language and consultative methodology, while coaching leaders to better develop and support the team. The results included 16.5% average annual growth across Delta brands, 33.4% average annual growth for Brizo, improved customer satisfaction scores, zero turnover, and being named Commercial Agency of the Year.
