Baptist Health South Florida Federal Credit Union, a single-sponsor healthcare credit union serving hospital employees, needed to grow revenue and improve member experience despite strict limits on traditional promotion. With only 17 employees and 3 branches, the credit union relied heavily on word-of-mouth and needed a better way to build trust, increase cross-selling, and strengthen its sales culture. Integrity Solutions provided the Member Advantage/Integrity Selling approach to help the team shift from order-taking to needs-based selling.
Integrity Solutions implemented a structured 8-week training program for all employees, including senior management, focused on member-focused selling, self-discovery, and the AID,Inc.® Process and Behavior Styles® Model. The results were significant: total loans increased 139% over five years, GAP sales rose from 5% to 81%, monthly membership grew by an average of 50 net new members, and vehicle warranty attachment reached 36%. Baptist Health also reported stronger employee confidence, better collaboration, and a more relationship-driven culture that improved both sales and member loyalty.
