A Integrim Case Study
The Université de Montréal, a large Canadian university, faced a costly and slow admissions process that relied on paper files, which slowed decision-making and hampered service. Integrim was commissioned to address this challenge by automating the document management side of the process. Integrim integrated its solution, leveraging Hyland software’s OnBase, to create a centralized system for handling a high volume of applications.
The solution implemented by Integrim involved scanning and automatically coding all incoming documents, then routing them through a workflow application. This streamlined the sharing of information and centralized each applicant's file. The results included faster application processing, greater productivity, better access to information, enhanced security, and considerably lower paper-handling costs for the university.
