Largest Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, a global pharma leader with a blockbuster oncology drug generating over $7 billion, faced incomplete syndicated DDD and 867 point-of-care data—missing prescriber and geolocation elements and a roughly 45-day reporting lag—that disrupted sales territory assignment, account planning and compensation. They engaged IntegriChain, deploying the ICyte Platform with Channel Data Aggregation and Refined Channel Data modules plus patient-matching and national/subnational datasets to close those gaps.
IntegriChain ingested, cleansed, mastered and enriched the customer’s 867 datasets, used machine learning to match patient IDs (with manual exception resolution), and delivered enriched extracts to the manufacturer and its data aggregator (weekly sell-in feeds and quarterly reconciliations) to augment DDD outputs. The result was timely, geographically attributed point-of-care sales data that enabled accurate territory assignments, faster and correct sales compensation, freed reps to focus on prescribers, increased prescriptions supporting a more successful launch, and ultimately led the customer to extend IntegriChain’s solution across its entire brand line.
