IntegriChain analyzed roughly two years of internal Excel-based data and third-party claims across more than 12 strategic PBMs/HMOs, manually loading and validating the information in its business tool, prioritizing accounts by objective business variables and implementing Rational Pricing. The engagement produced new SOPs and best-practice contract structures, identified underperforming accounts, and reduced the average discount by just under 5 percentage points over about three years with marginal to no impact on market share, streamlining managed-care pricing decisions.
