Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company was preparing a Day 1 launch for an innovative infused oncology therapy but faced critical market-access and data challenges. They needed a low‑maintenance, auditable government pricing and gross‑to‑net solution covering AMP, Best Price, ASP, FSS, NFAMP and more; accurate net‑price and GTN calculations; consolidated channel and inventory visibility across wholesalers, specialty pharmacies and infusion centers; reliable sales‑compensation data despite EDI redaction; and integration with their Veeva CRM and data warehouse. After a formal review they selected IntegriChain (including its Government Pricing Managed Service, rebate and chargeback managed services, channel data solutions and MDM/ICyte capabilities).
IntegriChain implemented a combined managed‑service and data platform solution—aggregating and mastering EDI 852/867 and distributor files, integrating with Veeva, and running government pricing, rebate and chargeback processes. As a result, IntegriChain submitted all government contracts one month ahead of the target (avoiding a potential Medicaid quarter delay), began government‑pricing calculations in May 2020, put DDR reporting in place ahead of schedule, enabled near‑real‑time (12–24 hour) field visibility into physician/site purchases, improved accuracy of incentive compensation, automated data feeds to the CDW, and now manages GPO admin‑fee calculations and Medicaid rebate processing for the customer.
