CloudFactory, a technology outsourcing provider, struggled to consolidate scattered performance data from clients and internal sources (APIs, CSVs, GraphQL and manual Google Sheet uploads), which made accurate analysis and capacity planning difficult. To solve this they chose Integrate.io as their ETL/data integration platform, leveraging Integrate.io’s inbuilt REST API connector and transformation layer to replace error-prone manual processes.

Integrate.io implemented automated dataflows, ready-made connectors and transformations and loaded cleaned data into CloudFactory’s Snowflake warehouse, supported by a dedicated Success Engineer. As a result Integrate.io enabled reliable, repeatable pipelines—CloudFactory has moved eight of their largest clients onto automation, consolidating 28 external feeds—saving team leaders and analysts hours each week, improving data quality, capacity planning and overall client delivery.
